Dunn location has very high staff turnover rates as far as entry level. This location seems to always be running an ad for the same positions (Nursing, Activities, etc.) in the local newspaper which is very discouraging. The people that are hired for these positions apparently do not keep them for very long. Employees seem overwhelmed and low in their morale. Upper management seems to be the only staff that are able to keep their positions at this location for an extended amount of time.
