When visiting Stone Creek all but one visit smelled of very strong urine. After 2 weeks our love one was wearing pampers and left in the bed almost every visit. I realize the CNA's have more patients than they can take care of. I think a facility… Full Review

I turned back the made up bed so my mother could be placed in it, and all the bedding was soaked with urine. I could not believe it!!!! What a horrible place. Then my mother died and I got a bill from them 3 days later. A very non-caring… Full Review

My grandmother has lived here for two years and the staff has become part of our family. I couldn't have asked for a better home for her. Full Review
