When visiting Stone Creek all but one visit smelled of very strong urine. After 2 weeks our love one was wearing pampers and left in the bed almost every visit. I realize the CNA's have more patients than they can take care of. I think a facility should take more time with the patients instead of just putting them to bed. If you don't visit your loved one everyday you do not know how they are taken care of. This facility does not like to wait for the insurance to pay bill they wanted their money first and then let insurance pay. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!
