The Administrator is careless in regards to the staff. She allows the Director of Nursing to yell at the nurses and CNAs in front of the residents. If she allows the Director of Nursing to treat the staff like that then there's no telling how they treat the residents behind closed doors. I'm so glad we got my cousin placed in another nursing home. I regret ever going into that facility to take a tour. I wouldn't recommend this facility to any of my loved ones.
