The facility is clean compared to most places I have seen. Staff is a mixed bag with some very good and others a total waste of a life. Those are in it to get a paycheck. On their breaks they do not or very infrequently cover for each other… Full Review
Food is terrible- chicken is served with feathers; very short staffed, very difficult to get someone to come to your room unless you constantly ring for help or yell for help; some of the staff would prefer to socialize with each other, rather… Full Review
this place is the saddest excuse for helping people in every category you can imagine 90% of the staff are snotty and mean to helpless people it makes you want to cry if you ring for assistance the average wait is 45 minutes... no exageration… Full Review
