this place is the saddest excuse for helping people in every category you can imagine 90% of the staff are snotty and mean to helpless people it makes you want to cry if you ring for assistance the average wait is 45 minutes… no exageration…it could be well over an hour quite often a lot of good that's gonna do if someone is having a heart attack or even sitting with a diaper full of poop and the food isn't fit for a dog i would go on but re-living the experience is making me want to throw up
