Food is terrible- chicken is served with feathers; very short staffed, very difficult to get someone to come to your room unless you constantly ring for help or yell for help; some of the staff would prefer to socialize with each other, rather than to assist patients; some of the staff is very nasty to patients who ask for help…overall, staff should spend more time helping patients without an attitude and less time socializing.
There are a few nurses however, who are outstanding, but they are few and far between.
