My family member has been at diamond hill for over a year now. I can tell you that I am very pleased. Initially I wasn't. There wasn't enough staff and it was like a mad house. But then they hired a new Director of Nursing in November 2012. She has been wonderful! She is responsive and addresses your concerns immediately. She has straightened most of the staff out too! She doesn't hide in an office, she sees the people that live there, she takes time to speak to them and she is liked by the people and staff. Staff respect her. I hope she stays. She is exactly what diamond hill needed!
