Under-staffed in the Rehab facility. Patient wait time for basic services exceeds acceptable time frame.

Terrible care!
1. Medications incorrect
2. Patient needed a special diet, no one willing to help correct for FOUR DAYS.
3. Staff extremely unfrieldly, gruff, and ROUGH!Makes the patients and the famly feel like they are an inconvenience.
4. Staff very loud during the night, patient could not get a good night sleep during stay. Pt said she thought they were having a party i n the hallway all night.
5. Improper blood pressure monitoring (used an average size cuff for a pt with a large arm circumference)
6. Pt asked a nursing assistant to ask her nurse for pain meds and something else, the NA told the pt to "wait until the next shift comes on"!!!!!!! (UNBELIEVABLE!!)
7. Pt's screaming in the middle of the night.
8. Pt waited for family member to come to take pt to the bathroom. When I questioned pt why he/she waited, he/she started crying and said, "because you are gentle and you won't hurt me." (Pt is 50-60 yrs old)
These issues just touch the surface of everything the patient experienced. I would never recommend this facility to anyone including my worst enemy! Trying to get patient transfered as we speak!
