Miserable experience for my loved one. The case manager responsible for submitting documentation to our insurance company (which was required every two weeks or so) seemed to resent having to do it. When we told her that the insurance company kept cutting off benefits because (as the the insurance company told us) they weren't getting the required report on time, Kateri IMMEDIATELY discharged my relative. I am not exaggerating- they discharged her that very night without any after care provisions. The facility itself is depressing and malodorous, but since my relative couldn't walk, it was better than nothing. Avoid this place if at all possible.
