Very Poor - grossly understaffed. Instead of handling complaints head-on and with a view of impartiality, Kateri's upper management are very defensive and protective of themselves as opposed to putting the patient's care and livelihood first, they work hard at keeping themselves out of liability only and thoroughly missing the ball on the patient.
