One star is too much for how we were treated and for the neglect my mother received. Very unprofessional staff, calling us by an incorrect name, making
fun of our name, making comments that we were having them do more work,
staff overheard mocking my mother, giving her incorrect meds leading to her
demise even after dr documentation shows she shouldn't be on it. They didn't care, said, "it seems to be working we'll leave it alone". Only if they were good at their job they would've realized the med was making her agitated!! Our mother was sent home with an infection & dehydrated, landing her in the hospital 3 days after being discharged home. She was dying in the nursing home & they couldn't be bothered, it wasn't in their "routine". The staff was awful, heartless, uncaring & unprofessional. They were not out for the patient or the family. I truly feel sorry for anybody who has to be so called treated here. This facility should be closed!!!
