What a dump. It's gotten worse since it was taken over by the big city folks who run the place to fill their own pockets. Keep your loved ones far far away from this place. Hopefully the state will get smart and shut it down.… Full Review

One star is too much for how we were treated and for the neglect my mother received. Very unprofessional staff, calling us by an incorrect name, making fun of our name, making comments that we were having them do more work, staff overheard… Full Review
This place would be a 4.5 star if the management were doing a job that showed commitment towards the residents. Instead there is a commitment towards higher administration to MAKE it lose money so the county can have an excuse for selling it… Full Review
