The care provided to patients is horrible and less than acceptable. There is no 'REAL' sense that the staff are sincere in their care and concern for the patients. The patients care and ensuring that they are treated with the utmost respect should be #1 priority of staff. The staff must be on top of their game when following each patient's regime of care.
