Looks can be decieving. A beautiful facility with substandard care. Although there are a handful of truly caring nurses and aids, the majority leave alot to be desired. Patients are ignored, food trays are left with patients that have difficulty feeding themselves, patients are patronized and often times treated like children. There is no dignity. I overheard one nurse loudly asking a woman if she needed her "diaper" changed. Sometimes it doesn't matter how beautiful a place is. The people who manage the rehab facility should be ashamed of themselves.
