STAY AWAY FROM FRANKLIN WOODS-ROSEDALE. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. THE NURSING STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL, UNKIND, UNCARING AND IGNORANT. FROM BED SORES TO MEDICATION ON THE FLOOR, ALARMS MISSING AND ALL WITH NO EXPLANATION. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW A LOVED ONE OF YOURS AT THIS FACILITY!!!!

unfriendly nurses. Worst place to put your love ones. Worst experience my dad ever had. He had to wait to long for his medicine and for a nurse to come in after he rang the bell. No one should have to wait that long for anything. Stay away from there!!!

My mother was there and when you have been there for a while you really see how things are. My mother had gotten sick and they put her cloths in the hamper without telling us and they molded, they dropped her the nurses would tell you that a xray was going to be done and it would be two days later and it still was not done. You have to keep after them time after time. I would not recommend this place at all. Our first experience with a rehab center was terrible. The therapist are wonderful.

my best friends mom is there because of surgery. in the middle of the night, she had to use the restroom and needed help to get up. she pressed the button to call the nurses several times, and nobody came. she called her husband in tears and him and my friend went over at 1:30am and banged on the doors til they let them in. after them showing up and complaining, they have been somewhat ok today. this place is very dirty and the employees are extremely rude. i would never even recommend this place to people i dont like. no one should be treated like this. my grandmother was here several years ago as well, and i felt the same way then. i have one word for this place, "HELL!"

I made the biggest mistake my sending my mom to this rehab center..it was living hell..do not send your loved ones here..please look other places, but never ever here….
