I have been to the nursing home several times and nursing staff seemed to always have an attitude, very uncooperative, unfriendly, and not very knowledgeable about residents, procedures, or routines. didn't seem very interested in residents… Full Review

Our recent experience using Berlin Nursing and Rehab for Respite Care was excellant. My husband's Mother received very good care. She was always well groomed, appeared content and had many activities to attend. We found the staff to be warm… Full Review
