I have been to the nursing home several times and nursing staff seemed to always have an attitude, very uncooperative, unfriendly, and not very knowledgeable about residents, procedures, or routines. didn't seem very interested in residents, didn't pay them much attention, nor took the time to understand their needs. kitchen and housekeeping staff seemed friendly but not very approachable. it seemed that there was a lot of residents wondering around, they seemed bored, lacking in the activities departments part. administration was unorganized and didn't know much about the facility either. the best part of about my experience was the receptionist, she was very helpful and took time to answer my question and send me in the right direction. overall I was extremely disappointed in the experience. I would not put a family member of mine in the home, and it makes me sad that I have to go through this horrible experience every time I go spend time with my friends.

This review is kind. My husband was a patient who died in this facility. The care was worse than horrible. Unfortunately, I had no say in where he went as Atlantic General Hospital (AGH), (Aint Going Home) transferred him there.
If your loved one needs care, RUN, don't walk away from Berlin.
