Psychiatrists at Heritage Harbour are over medicating their patients to the degree that they can no longer walk or feed themselves. They do not have a valid reason to increase and do so at random without a valid medical review. They also are in violation of not notifying family members prior to changing treatment. There has been an increase of patients who are no longer cognitive due to neglect and over medicating. A state investigation needs to been done to reveal how egregious and widespread this is.
