Just plain horrible. Get times, training, cleaning all wrong. My mom wanted to do her physical therapy for her leg but thought it was her arm. Words cannot express my anger for this place.

My mother has been living at Manor Care of Westmont for a few years. It is typical to see her wearing wet, food stained clothing when I visit. Even her shoes, which are relatively new, are usually smeared with food. I have called or met with the nurses and administration regarding this, several times, with a slight improvement for a few visits, then back to normal-an unfortunate state for my mother. The facility seems to be understaffed.
