This facility is great! I have had nothing but great experiences. I have spoken to both Vick the administrator and Monica at all hours to address questions and they are always happy to help. Even at 10:00 at night. I have seen other comments about appearance of staff which is uncalled for and not relative to care. Kendra the Business office person is mean and rude but will help if you go above her.
If I didn't like the facility, I wouldn't keep my mom there.
