Out dated furniture, hospital beds , televisions, no telephones in patients rooms, some rooms are shared and small not enough room for chairing for patients visitors.. Bed ridded patient care neglected 75 percent, no medical supplies for this care, such as preventative bed sores, blood clotting, rotation, circulation, call for help at hands reach. Neglect care for bed ridded patient from the assigned nursing team, and social services team. you will not get a call regarding love one health status, when calling or visiting the teams very avoidances error always in appointments.

This facility has seen major improvement. I attended their open house last week and was amazed at how nice the building looks. The staff was friendly and the new administrator really seems to know what she's doing. As an Oak Park local I am excited to have a skilled nursing facility available to our town that can actual provide quality care to senior citizens. I hope to see the improvements continue!

I visited this facility today to find a place for my dad . Not only was it clean but you could feel the love that the staff have for there residents. My dad is being admitted there in the morning. FYI I went to 6 other before Oak Park Health. One left me in the lobby for more then 45 mins. Another would only show me one part of the building. Another it was 10 min tour and could not answer questions and told me it is time for her lunch. Not Oak Park Social Service Director spent more then a hour and if he could not answer a question he found someone. It was nice not being pressured and I know they will love my dad.
