This nursing home has become nothing more than a drug rehab halfway house. I wouldn't put anyone I know in this facility.

i am a current resident who was attacked in the middle of night and was punched and had my arm broke in middle of night-.incident was reported to ill.dept of public health frankfort police were also present and notified

This facility is a disgrace, I've been to visit several times at different times, the nurses don't care about the residents some neglecting them to fulfill there own personal satisfaction, by that said im talking about staff doing sexual acts in residents rooms and bathrooms as there resident lays in bed. Cna's, housekeeping. So unprofessional and filthy. If the nurses and housekeeping staff have no regards to where they are having sex, who's to say the residents there that are helpless are not being abused in any sense of abuse, whether it be sexual, physical, emotional, or even neglect. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. And if I could find a way to shut this place down, I would. I have names of staff and pictures of all, if anyone knows what I can do to stop this all from happening please post it so I can give the residents a safer place to be taken carr of
