Flash forward to 2018. No appreciable change since previous 2014 review. Staffing shortage ridiculously dangerous. The owners refuse to adequately staff the place by hiring agency when needed.

Staffing is inadequate, This nursing home boasts about it's "ability," to be an alarm free facility, but with inadequate staffing only provides opportunities for residents to injure themselves. The increased workload on the already short staff causes unnecessary confrontations and disorder. With no present DON, staff disciplinary actions are minimized.
