Staffing is inadequate, This nursing home boasts about it's "ability," to be an alarm free facility, but with inadequate staffing only provides opportunities for residents to injure themselves. The increased workload on the already short staff causes unnecessary confrontations and disorder. With no present DON, staff disciplinary actions are minimized.
