My Dad's visit to this facility was really eye-opening. It was difficult if not impossible to get help from the staff, who act like they are doing you a favor when they do their jobs. Using the "call button" was useless, because the aides ignored it. The staff is disrespectful to the patients, from the "charge nurse" down to the patient care technicians. Please, if you have a loved one who needs help, look somewhere else. The awards posted so conspicuously on the walls do not portray the true nature of this awful place.
