Review of Lake Mary Health and Rehabilitation Center

Not even 1 star!!! Average wait time after emergency call button is pushed is 30 minutes. No one has ever responded to the emergency alarms on the bed or wheelchair going off. Rooms are not clean. Bathrooms are worse. Very few employees wear rubber gloves. There is no sanitizer anywhere, for employees or guests. Phone calls to administrators are never returned, not even to doctor's offices. Discharge planner did nothing. It took several phone calls for anything to get done. I was there every day of my mother's stay and even that did not help the situation and I was very vocal about things. I hate to think what happens to those who have no loved ones to speak up for them.
