Looks nice & smells clean, however the food is poor, and the facility staff is highly disorganized and overall not very helpful. Every staff person I tried to ask questions of on how their food choice system works didn't have a clue and told me they'd only been there 1-1/2 months. They won't allow you to put a phone even in a private room, so had to try to get vision impaired mother to use a cell phone….pretty frustrating for the whole family.
