Dining room carpet filthy. Permanent stains in table clothes. Food disgusting and if your family member doesnt like food they just dont care. Thief in building. Management could care less about concerns. Toliets leak. maintenance is non existent. To cheap to provide decent music for residents. Unexplained injuries. Will blame family for injury if you take them out. Residents are inspected upon their return from going out with family. Residents are asked to sign papers for which they have no idea what they are signing. Sent laundry home with family with feces all over clothing. Not rinsed. Comcast remotes control both TVs in room even after programmed. Mold on vent in room. Mildew all over outside window sills and benches out in front of building. Patients are brought in through the back entrance which is the smoking area where tables and benches are loaded with spider webs etc. More lack of maintenance. Jut a low class place overall with management that shows no concern about any problem you have.

Food discusting and no concern for patients on mechanical soft diet. No response to any complaints or concerns. Have constantly asked if over bed light could have a switch to turn off and on. Nothing ever done. family member has to lie with light continuously on all day and night. Toliet leaks and faucet constantly runs. Dried feces on bed rail. Meals placed on table out of patient's reach with cellophane paper wrapped around it. No assistance in setting up patient for meals. Very low class pretentious reactions to concerns for patient needs.
