I can't give this facility even one star rating. I have been trying for weeks with this facility to obtain some personal belongings of a former resident. I have spoken to the Social Services person each time and each time I was told that the 'check was in the mail.' Three weeks have passed and still nothing. I called again and spoke to her only to be informed that nothing had been done and that it wasn't a priority for her. God forbid you have a loved one in this facility. Unfortunately I have to give this facility at least 1 star. It really doesn't deserve that much.
