This place is a joke. Took them over an hour and half to put my mother on a bed pan. No one came to my mom when she called for them. I had to go out the hallway and yell at the nurse or cna (dont really care what they were) to come help her. She took a laxative and couldnt hold it anymore, she was in tears and this lady was in the hallway laughing and giggling it up. So i yelled at her. How dare these people treat residence like this, they pay your paychecks. How would they feel if someone treayed their
