My mother is a resident at Consulate for rehab, my mother suffers from dementia. I and my siblings have had to have multiple talks to the staff and superiors of the care or neglected care she receives. The staff does not answer call buttons… Full Review

The staff does not talk to one another. My father is in the facility for rehab after having a pacemaker put in. Except for 2 of the nursing staff, he has been pretty much ignored. I have given the staff a two page write up on how they can… Full Review
