I did not rate at 5 stars because that would be perfection. For the most part the staff is attentive and empathetic. If there is an issue they are quick to address, investigate and attempt resolution. Not everyone has a smile on their face… Full Review

The grounds are pretty and overall the place is cheery and well decorated. However if your family member requires skilled nursing care, look elsewhere because the patient to staff ratio is simply too great and RNs + aides do not pay attention… Full Review
