The place appears to be ok, however I found a a patient hanging off the bed needing warmer clothes. Response for assistance very slow. The staff was alerted of my Mother history of bladder infection and did not take action for over a week. My Mother was dehydrated, lack of fluid for over a week and half, was taken to the hospital. It was confirmed my Mother had a bladder infection, a day or two from death door. No oversight of patients care. If the family can determine health issues what was the trained staff doing, nothing.
