Worst experience ever. Filthy rooms. Bathroom that smelled like pee. Forgetful staff. My mother was there for 3 days and is a diabetic. They had no diabetic diet for her and every single time they brought food it was something she was unable to eat. When they said they would bring her something else they NEVER CAME BACK. The nurses took an hour to change the lady's diaper in the bed next to my moms on several occasions so the room smelled like feces. They left a commode full of urine in the room for the entire 3 day stay. The nurses are nice but nice doesnt cut it all the time. The call button for my moms bed was not plugged into the wall so my mom was calling and no one came AND the staff was aware of it because when we finally got someones attention they knew the button was not working and they mentioned how they gave it to the patient in the bed next to hers. Then proceeded to give her the working call button and leave the other patient with no call button at all!!!
Horrible horrible facility. It was HELL.
