I DO NOT recommend this facility. I would consider to keep your family out of there. They talk a good story but the reality is they are awful. Very disorganized. Staff does not communicate well if at all. Because of the lack of communication or caring for the patients several problems occurred. Finally when we called a meeting to discuss they decided that my mom was not making progress with them and discharged her.
My Mom had a fall while in their care that caused a brain bleed. She was there recovering only to be readmitted to the hospital.
Personal items were lost or stolen including an hearing aide.
lap belts where not put on as instructed. Some staff members either forgot or did not know about the order.
Doctors orders are not always followed
Staff demostrated lack of honesty
At times they could not even complete a simple task as organizing a transfer from that facility to the doctors office. They confirmed it was done yet transportation never received the orders.
I hope Medicare and Medical brighten up and take them OFF their recommendation list.
