A Nurse and 3 other staff at this facility abused my Mother by tying her wrists and FORCIBLY injected her TWICE with a powerful anti-psychotic drug (against my orders) and against my Mother's will. NO INFORMED CONSENT~! There is an FDA BLACK BOX warning against the off label use of anti-psychotic drugs in the elderly. It increases their risk of dying. All my poor Mother wanted was relief from her acute back pain. I pulled her out of that hell hole after 10 days and she arrived at the Hospital severely dehydrated and semi-comatose. She died 12 days after that injection. They treated my Mother like a Factory Farm Animal! They put my Mother in a diaper when she didn't need or want one. They were too lazy to assist her to the bathroom. My Mother called me one of the nights and begged me to call the nurse's station and get someone to help her to the bathroom. She lost her dignity in that facility. I personally witnessed two other residents fall and were left on the floor with no assistance. I had to look for staff to help them and when I found the staff, they were annoyed that I asked them to please help their residents and pick them up off of the floor! I can't speak for other people's experience in this place. I am speaking from my own experience and had to watch my Mother die a horrible and painful death. I am exercising my Constitutional Right to Freedom Of Speech. NEVER leave your loved one alone. I have to spend the rest of my life now, knowing these people got away with harming and contributing to the death of my Mother.
