I was at Crystal Cove for 4 to 5 weeks in May and June of 2011. No one ever wants to be in such a facility. My personal experience was that Crystal Cove is probably as good as you can reasonably expect from such a place. The nursing staff in particular was helpful and caring. The food was decent. The PT staff was very good. My wife had some issues with the business office, but that involved the insurance company, so I don't necessarily know if that was a reflection on Crystal Cove. Being is a nursing home is at best a negative experience, and that should be kept in mind in reading any reviews. I would recommend Crystal Cove.
