This place is great they went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful that my mom will be in the right place

So, I looked at this place because of the other review. I was happy to find it was all true. Its clean and nice. The front office really answered my questions about medi-cal and how to apply for it. I was worried that my mom wouldnt be able to get medi-cal but Magda really helped me out. She was amazing. The rest of the staff is kind responsive and help me feel comfy leaving my mom in thier care. 5 stars all the way.
