I moved my dad to this facility thinking its a good place ,unfortunately its worse can't even bring my kids to visit because of rashes . one family told me some patients even experiencing rashes on and off year long. and transferring this rashes to other patients too .so i have to move him before he will get that rashes because his roommates got rashes already and i feel bad when i see them in their situation .i would not recommend anybody to put your family in this facility.
Royal Crest Health Care was a good experience for my mother. They were courteous and attentive. They adapted their care to changing needs. There were no bed sores even though my mother was completely bedridden. They went to a lot of trouble to use a hoyer lift for transfers of her from bed to wheel chair. They provided a customized wheelchair.
I gave 4 out of 5 stars rating because some procedures could have been more aseptic as far as use of gloves to clean wound and handling of G tube and suction tube or the use of sterile water to flush G tube.
What I would have wanted to know before admission was that their was no in house hospice care for my mother.
