Great staff, very nice place. Inside is clean and decorated nice. Family oriented feel and if there are issues they are addressed fast.

This is the most beautiful Senior residence in North San Diego County.Clean and hard working Nsg. staff.
The Physical Therapy however , is substandard.
I was a patient here in 2004 after a Total Knee replacement
and the staff had changed entirely when I came back after my other Knee replacement.Unorganized,poor supervision,and just not very skilled!

I wish we had found this facility for my father before trying two others. The staff treated him as if he were their own family. They treated us the same for that matter. Warm, caring, attentive and knowledgeable. And we all enjoyed the great food. Family, home-like atmosphere with professional staff. What more could we have asked for?

We brought in special nutrition drinks for my mother and stored them in the patient's refrigerator. We had issue after issue with mutliple staff not retrieving and/or finding them to bring them the patient when needed.g
Also. routinely takes long time for asssitance to arrive after call button is pressed by patient.
