We brought in special nutrition drinks for my mother and stored them in the patient's refrigerator. We had issue after issue with mutliple staff not retrieving and/or finding them to bring them the patient when needed.g
Also. routinely takes long time for asssitance to arrive after call button is pressed by patient.

This is unfortunate, we had a great experience and staff usually arrived within 10 minutes.
