WE have a loved one in this facility.Upon entering, we came face to face with a closed entry and entered directly into the dining room at meal time with many completely helpless people sitting around the tables. Was very depressing and seemed highly susseptable to germs from incomming guests. The facility did not appear professional at all, as someone sitting at a table had to give us directions. Where was a director?
