I have had my loved one in this facility for almost seven years. It was known as Desert Life, when I first placed my loved one in the care of this skilled nursing facility. Then Kindred Care took over. Prior to Casas Adobes which is operated and owned by Ensigngroup from California. I never had to deal with the management not being on top of the CNA's that they hire. And allow the CNA's to take over and down out right lie about the lack of care they deliver to the residences there,
Since they took over we as family members see the lack of hygiene care to several of the residence and when brought to the managements attention it goes in one ear and out the other. Since they have a new Director since May 2014 - He's joke. He tells family members what he thinks they want tho hear and dismisses legitimate issues brought to his attention. he does not walk his talk.
