Only put one star. Otherwise review would not be put up. I am not blowing any of this up, out of proportion, at all. It's all real and true facts. Have the charts to prove. Friend of family was brought to the Marysville nursing / Rehab Center within two weeks she has three cracked ribs and a broken pelvis and it is ripped they never bothered to call 911 or bring her to the hospital she had bleeding around her heart bleeding in her lungs before she went to the Marysville rehab nursing home she was at Providence hospital she had none of these issues before she went there then she had to go back to the hospital because of the situation at the rehab nursing home and she died of blunt-force.. I am totally disgusted and pissed and hurt that she had to go this way they said they don't use bed railings they don't use any kind of alarm on the bed nothing so how long was she on the floor they said that she fell out of the bed 3 times that's how she got all these broken bones this isn't Nursing Facility seriously. And why they did not call 911. Who knows. This is to do with the night shift. I am not letting this go !!!!!

My husband was at BHC and received good care, a few years ago,he was admitted in September 2015 , there were new owners and care was not the same.

It was negligent at best,communication was between staff and managers was close to non existent. My husband fell, on September 2015, I was not informed of his transfer to our local hospital, I found out about his

fall by another trauma hospital the next morning wanting to know details about his fall and previous medical care. As a result of his fall, he sustained serious injuries, it showed negligent care, we still don't know how he fell, because of multiple stories given to us, which included that they did call, when in fact they did not. No calls whatever, were ever evident on our caller ID. He went from being able to come home in a few days to trauma ICU and died as result. I would give this facility a NEGATIVE 5 review. If you want your loved one to die send them here if you want care avoid at all costs

Feb 3rd 2014,Arrived with husband via ambulance after 4 days post op complete hip and socket replacement, 4th surgery due to horrific MVA. Was placed in a room with no outside phone line, and no cellphone reception. I am disabled so main way to keep in touch with hubby via phone. No dinner served, finally brought him a tuna sandwich about 7pm. Nurses' aide very rough and attempted to remove his surgical dressing with NO GLOVES ON. I stopped her. I went to use bathroom in patient room, filthy dirty, dust and dirt in sink and floating on toilet surface, garbage can overflowing and spilled on floor. Was told housekeeper gone for day, cleaning equip. locked up for night! Tried to get him moved, unable to coord. that till next morning. Our HMO paid their one day bill but made us pay for 2nd ambulance to a great place, Bethany at Silver Lake. I highly recommend that facility. 5 star treatment all the way. No bill ever sent by Mountain View for our $45 co-pay till I rec'd first letter dated Dec 14, 2014 advising payment was past due!!! Ridiculous! They won't waive that charge, even given the obvious patient health violations found. Operating manager, is NEVER avail. I've left him 4 phone messages, he's either on vacation, not in yet, or this p.m. on a conference call. There are good faith issues here, it's not the $45 that bothers me. How can any facility treat a patient like this post-op??

I reciently spent 6 weeks as a resident in the rehab wing of Marysville Care Center. When I first arrived I did not feel well and did not understand how things were done so I felt frustrated and trapped. However within a couple of days all my questions were answered in a way that was kind and I could understand. The staff was attentive and genuinely care about the residents. the staff, especially the CNA's work very hard, there are times when the residents seem extra needy and the CNA's have a difficult time keeping up, but they do their best and they do it with a smile even in high stress situations. The facility is very clean, there are no unpleasant odors. My needs were met with a smile and I felt well cared for. When the time comes that I need long term care I will go to Marysville Care Center. As with anything in life, it is what you make it, you can choose to focus on the negative or you can focus on the positive. I choose to focus on the positive, I was in a bad situation and needed help. Marysville Care Center helped me through it, there were difficult times and at times I got frustrated, but looking at the big picture my overall experience was good and I made a lot of friends.

I was a patient there recently and I was so dissapointed. When I toured they promissed a lot, but unfortunatley they couldn't deliver. I had a hip surgery and needed very little assistance, but I couln't even get that. The therapy was seriously lacking. Some of the staff were very nice, but I just didn't feel they were available when I needed them. I would never go there again.

My mother is a resident there. I find that there is not alot of communication between the managers and the hands on staff. I am told that things will be done a certain way and that is not the case. As for the food there is not very many choices and she has to eat whatever is fixed for the day. I find the place very clean and no odors.

My dad was at BHC for about a month after a hip and collar bone fracture, and he received very good care. We cannot say enough about the staff…the physical and occupational therapists, the nursing staff, the social worker, and other care givers were top notch. We even received a call from them the day after my dad had returned home just to check on how things were going. 2-3-13

It is my sincere hope that someone who works for this company sees these reviews and doesn't turn a blind eye to what s going on here. The residents are suffering because of the blatant ineffectiveness presented the people who do the staffing at this facility. The aides themselves are wonderful, but are clearly spread thin and working themselves to the point of exhaustion. Maybe it is due to favoritism of some kind or maybe something else. Either way, doing what you are doing to the employees directly affects the quality of care that the residents receive. And that is a shame. Spread the work out more efficiently. Get rid of the people behind the desks that have no clue what is going on on the floor.

There has been trouble with this facility and the state before. I hope the state sees that there is something going wrong here and that they only try to clean up and sweep everything under the rug right before state inspectors come in. As soon as they leave, it all falls apart again.

During my Stay I was served food that I was allergic to on several times . Even after I reported to the owners. Luckly I did not have an allergic reaction and have to be sent to the hospital via (911).

The residents mangers dont know what`s going on in the building . while I was there I had several new aids. I will never recommend any one to stay in this facilty.

Poor quality of care by nursing assistance who do not follow procedures, such as those required for resident safety. As well as in most cases a negative attitude toward resident, Administration does not follow up with meetings promised to residence involving their care. The picture in each resident's room of person who will be their support person is a farce. Sounds good, but doesn't happen. On the positive side licenced charge nurses are excellent

How can they get a deficency free survey. The turnover in staff is high. The owners only care about the bottom line. It is money first and residents second. Staff is treated awful. It used to be all about the residents when Life Care owned it. Residents don't like the new owners. They know that the staff quit because of them. Do not send your loved ones there if you want the best for them.

I have been a resident of the Monroe Regency Health Care Center twice to recover from knee replacement surgery. My care was outstanding! Everyone was so caring, patient and thoughtful. The therapists are just amazing. They are so patient, encouraging and yet they help you achieve your goals. I could not have done it without them.

Do not bring your loved ones to this facility! They are all about appearances and the patient definately does not come first. The staff were decent and some were even great but the management was worthless and weren't there to help patients. The owner is unprofessional and could care less about the people they treat in this facility. Go anywhere but here!

Since Life Care is not the owner anymore this facility has become a place not to put your loved one. They have a lot of turnover in staff due. It seems that they care more about making money than taking care of the residents. Residents have said they do not like the new owners and that is why all the staff quit. It is a hostile environment for both residents and employees. Do not choose this nursing home to leave your loved one.

The facility is in a good location, but they lack continuity of care. The turn over rate of staff is very high. The atmosphere is not as compassionate as it had been previously. I question some choices of management regarding rehabilitation. The goal is to use rehabilitation services to rehabilitate, not to challenge a declining person who can not ultimately benefit from the services.
