Physical therapy and ot were wonderful, as we're the nurses. There are NOT enough aides. My mother ended up wetting the bed most of the time because it would take half an hour or more to get a response to the bell. The bell is more or less constantly bonging in the hallway.
The other issue is the food. When she arrived for lunch the first day, it was, believe it or not, hot dogs and canned baked beans. It's hard to believe that this is supposed to be hospital/rehab, I've never seen so much salt.
It probably is cost cutting, or the way they make their profit. The staff definitly try their best.
