I would not recommend this facility. While they appeared to be there to help the resident and the family in the beginning, as soon as there is one problem, they will not act in your best interest. My mother moved from this facility and now the fmla form the doctor filled out, waiting for me to pick up as well as the medical records I requested, are being withheld. They failed to notify me when making material changes in my mothers care and made it difficult to know what was going on. I am in the process of contacting outside assistance.
