inexperienced social worker on laws and guide lines. letting patients make decisions while on pallative care..not mentally alert..big mistakes..Failure to follow up on patient history. Some nurse great, others not knowledgable. No communication between nurses & doctors & administration…If you arent watching over your loved ones you will regret it…beautiful facility..and good care…just no communication
