On a grade scale maybe a D or D- depending on the time of day. Wrong medication, left too long unattended in wheelchair, diabetic and went too long w/o food. Left in worse shape then when she was at home & hospital. Cuts & horrific bedsore. I wouldn't treat my animal this way. Lack of communications between staff, administrator useless filing complaint too. Drivers lazy and can't be on time dropping off & picking up.I will file complaints just so no poor elderly person has to go through this!!!!

I can't believe people are soo rude and comment that maybe you are the problem? Nothing worse than having a loved one mistreated! These people go into this field due to love, compassion and money. I think they forget the love & compassion part. I think you should look into filing a complaint with the State! Obviously, this place is not too professional since they are rated so low by consumers and government!
I can understand your pain. I didn't have a relative there, but went with my best friend to visit his grandma. Thank God we showed up! They put his Grandma on the toilet and left here there for 3-4 hours. Unbelievable! Under staffed is no excuse! I overheard the room next door and the husband was livid! They forgot to pick his wife up from a medical appointment. The place looked so nice from the outside!
I disagree with the comment…my sister came to the facility with a wound…the staff and wound care nurses did a good job taking care of here….the wound healed thanks to these wonderful girls….no medicine errors…..everyone was so nice….very under staffed….I'm a former nurse…retired….I don't know how the staff work so well with such poor maagement……thank u all for helping my sister…but I wish management would walk an hour in these ladies shoes….I'm sure they read these commets and see a lot of families mention how understaffed they are…..you will give greater care and have far less complaints…..I told the nurses they should have a union……..
