This place is horrible!! The staff is very rude and not helpful at ALL! They treat their patients like prisoners, my uncle cried and asked that we get him out of this facility ASAP.

I hear you and 100% agree with you. You are not alone. I watched numerous patients crying at their treatment. Making complaints to administrators did not do anything for us. It made their treatment of my loved one worse once they knew a complaint had been made. It starts at the top with this place just try to discuss anything with the head admin, social workers etc.
